S. Diaz & Co. replaced my roofing and gutters, including many of the plywood sheets. Although not the cheapest quote I received, Sergio and his crew are well worth the price. They treated my home as if it were their own, cleaning up everything at the end of each day and power washing my home after the work was completed and even painting some trim that was peeling after the power washing. Sergio Diaz is a straight-shooter, he doesn’t cut corners and keeps you informed all through the process. He also did not request full payment until every little thing was completed. I heartily recommend Sergio & his crew!

My wife and I have used SDiaz and Co multiple times over the past five years. We have used Sergio for small jobs like getting our nursery ready for our new baby (painting, closet doors, ceiling fans) to most recently a big job, our completed remodeled kitchen. No matter the size of the project Sergio and his crew handle everything professionally with a personal touch. Our kitchen renovation was the biggest project on our home to date. We were obviously nervous, facing such a large project. Sergio Diaz is a skilled expert in home renovations and home repair. We value his expert advise, his professionalism, his handiwork and his honesty. He fixed and beautified many problems that have plagued us in our home. He made our front door and the hardware look bright and new. He realigned and reinstalled our unsteady dishwasher and properly fastened the base of the collapsing trash can in our kitchen. He replaced a loosened section of carpet in a hallway and he fixed and painted all of the dysfunctional sliding doors in our house. Based on the recommendation of a neighbor, we hired Sergio to replace 17 doors inside our house; change the doorknobs and hinges; power wash the entire exterior of the house; paint the siding, shutters and gutters; replace numerous damaged bricks; and repair the flagstone patio and path. We could not be happier with the outcome. The quality of all of the work is top-drawer, and the price was reasonable.
Sergio was very easy to work with. He explained exactly what he was going to do, discussed in advance any problems he anticipated (or actually encountered), and gave us a precise cost-estimate. He also made several valuable suggestions. He is smart, knowledgeable, talented and personable. He also is very honest. We were perfectly comfortable leaving him at the house when we had to do errands. We should add that his crew was excellent and incredibly hard-working. Sergio Diaz and his crew did an outstanding job painting several rooms in our home. Sergio was highly recommended by several of our friends and we have let them know how delighted we were with his work.
Everyone from SDiaz & Co. arrived promptly each morning and worked very hard throughout the day. The walls were carefully prepared before painting to remove existing imperfections. The painting was done using the Benjamin Moore paint that he recommended and when finished was absolutely beautiful. Sergio was always present throughout each day and his entire crew were people who have worked with him for many years. We felt completely comfortable with leaving them in our home while we were out. What really distinguished Sergio’s work from other painters that we have used was both his attention to detail and his taking care of all of the related chores including moving furniture, clothing and books both before and after each area was painted. He even rehung our curtains after the paint had dried.
Sergio explained to us before beginning the work that he would perform the complete job and he certainly did so. Even better, he fixed other problems he discovered such as a loose stair tread and rotted wood around our kitchen window frame without charging us a penny above his original estimate.
The cost of the work was very reasonable, considering the outstanding workmanship and superior materials that were used. He is a pleasure to do business with and we highly recommend him. We will certainly be making use of his services in the future and we know that our friends will too.

Last weekend heard dripping in my basement. Of course panic set the stage for me. I called Sergio Diaz and he came to the rescue within an hour to assess the issue. He was very upfront about the many possibilities of where the leak could be coming from. He was able to stop the leak immediately and came back the next day to find the exact cause. Fortunately, it was a minor issue with only a couple of areas that needed to be opened for inspection instead of major walls.
To my amazement the leak was fixed and ceilings repaired that afternoon. Paint was completed by next afternoon and everything is back to normal.
Sergio and his workers are professionals and did a great job of cleaning up afterwards.
I would highly recommend their expertise and services.

We hired Sergio Diaz to renovate two bathrooms. We were enormously impressed by his level of craftsmanship, his reliability and timeliness in getting the job done. We obtained four other quotes for the job and Sergio gave us a very fair price.
He was very easy to communicate with. He offered excellent suggestions when asked but was perfectly happy to give us whatever we wanted.
He would say "I'm not finished here until you are perfectly happy." This gave us so much confidence and a sense of security that we would end up satisfied customers which is exactly what we are.
He was very patient when we changed our mind about a few things and was so pleasant to deal with.
Sergio is an artist, he takes real pride in his work and his work is beautiful!
We would highly recommend him to anyone!
